We are skilled in risk management and most importantly the path to reintegration - this is a key component in addressing stigma around mental health and improving the culture in education and workplace settings.
We offer a unique medical & therapeutic hybrid model. We deliver courses across the UK

Integrative Psychotherapy, member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP), Clinical Supervision (DipHe), Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Instructor – MHFA / Public Health England.
I have over 30 years’ experience working in multi-disciplinary mental health settings supporting and managing staff.
I am passionate about tackling the stigma and discrimination around Mental Health with a specific focus on therapeutic interventions, and working with crisis and mental health literacy.

Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor – MHFA / Public Health England, HMPPS Prison Officer and Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) Crisis Lead, MensCraft (Trustee).
I have over 30 years’ experience working with hard to engage client groups including prisoners, sexual assault victims and those experiencing severe and enduring mental health conditions and / or experience of suicide ideation or attempting suicide.
I am passionate about offering support to those in crisis and opening conversations about what is often perceived as difficult to talk about – self harm and suicide in particular.
My work with Rachael involves training and bespoke policy development around mental health crisis planning in line with organisations safeguarding procedures.
